Due to the unique nature of these vintage and antique items, unfortunately we are unable to offer returns or exchanges

 

Please be sure you love the piece before purchasing, bearing in mind that as these are older pieces, they will most often have signs of wear and aging, which only adds to their beauty and history. However, we do make every effort to describe each piece accurately both through the photos and the listing description

In the rare instance that we grant a refund, a 25% restocking fee will be charged

In the unlikely event that your item arrives to you damaged, please take detailed photos of the damage and email us and we will claim on the insurance we took out with Royal Mail
